Our Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander patients are eligible to be registered for Close the Gap Program – a Government funded initiative to increase accessibility of services, in order to achieve equality in health and life expectancy for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

The Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Peoples Health Assessment can be conducted regularly. These are culturally and age specific health checks for children between 0 and 14 years; adults between the ages of 15 and 54 years, and older people over the age of 55 years.

To book in for a health check with our clinic nurse and your GP, please phone 3267 5088.
