During the COVID-19 outbreak, we encourage all patients to book a phone or video consultation and only attend the clinic if necessary.

If you have not attended a face-to-face appointment at Banyo Clinic in the last 12 months* you will be required to book a face to face appointment.

We will still see any patient for a face-to-face appointment if needed – please avoid bringing unessential guests (one carer or guardian is okay), and phone ahead on 3267 5088 if you are unwell.

Please advise if you need an interpreter, require a procedure, physical examination or a vaccination.

*There is no longer a telehealth Medicare rebate available for patients who have not attended the clinic in the last 12 months. While a doctor may agree to conduct a telehealth consultation outside of those circumstances, GPs Australia-wide are unable to bulk-bill the service as of 20/07/2020. Exceptions only are for patients under 12 months old, or patients experiencing homelessness.

We are now using HotDoc for online bookings.
  • Select “After-Hours/Weekend Appointment” if booking outside of 8am -5pm weekdays.
  • Online payments are now available, so you may be sent a request for card details form HotDoc if you do not have a concession card.
  • You will be sent automatic reminders via SMS unless you have opted out.
