Our mission is to provide the highest standard of patient care whilst incorporating a holistic approach toward diagnosis and management of illness.  We are committed to promoting health, wellbeing and disease prevention to all patients. Our team of highly trained doctors, nurses and support staff provide a wide range of services, from treating acute illness to preventative health and well being services, including health assessments, chronic disease management, pregnancy and pediatric care, work related injuries/ assessments and travel health. We cater for newborn babies all the way through to great great grandparents.  We have an ongoing commitment to quality improvement and training, providing training opportunities to medical students, GP registrars as well as nurses, to partake in regular quality improvement activities. Banyo Clinic is a QPA accredited clinic, meeting the high standards set by RACGP, dedicated to providing safe and quality health care.

Yesterday, the Queensland Government announced that the influenza vaccine would be free for all Queenslanders between 24th May and 30th June 2022. TeleHealth Change of Fees – 1st of November 2020

Concession Card Holders: Phone and video appointments will be bulkbilled between 8am – 5pm weekdays. Concession fees apply outside of those times. Non-Concession Patients: Phone and video appointments will no longer be bulkbilled and will be charged at our normal consult rates. Weekends: Face-to-face consultations and presentations of an urgent nature are prioritised on weekends.

Free Flu Vaccines for all Queenslanders over 6 months old
24th May – 30th June

  1. Available for Queensland residents only.
  2. National Immunisation Program continues as usual for those already eligible for a funded vaccine.
  3. This initiative is not backdated before 24th May.
  4. Non-Medicare card holders are eligible for a funded vaccine, but will still need to pay for the GP/RN consultation.


Telehealth consults are available.

If attending, please wear a mask and do not bring unessential guests - one carer or guardian is okay.

You will be asked to remain outside if you:

  • have had COVID-19 or been a close contact for 14 days
  • have any COVID-19 symptoms for any reason:
    • Cough
    • Sore throat
    • Shortness of breath
    • Loss of taste or smell
    • Fevers
    • Fatigue
    • Diarrhoea
    • Vomiting
    • Aches including headache or ear ache
